Take a look at the trellis fabricated and installed by Valley Iron Works for the Ceres Community Center.

The trellis was designed out of rolled HSS (tube). The support tube that sits on the concrete columns is a 12 x 6 x 3 HSS. 8 x 4 x 1/4 HSS provides support as the distinctive “spokes” of the trellis. The curved lattice work on top is formed from 3 x 3 x 1/4 HSS.

Valley Iron Works also supplied the structural steel for the building (over 50 columns and W33 x 118 beams that span 70′) along with 2 stairways, 1 of which has a curved landing.
